**Position Summary**
- The Director Multiple Myeloma Commercialization plays a key role in supporting the in-line Multiple Myeloma assets (pre-and post-launch) across selected Major Markets and throughout the Intercontinental Region (50+ markets in total). She/he is a core member of the Worldwide Brand Teams (WWBT) where she/he represents all non-core markets providing input into brand and launch strategies._

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Active member of MM Worldwide Brand Teams: Drive strategy implementation and execution of in line Multiple Myeloma Assets
- Leadership and execution of Brand Team meetings that facilitate cross-market learnings, best practice sharing, strategy updates, and launch of key global initiatives.
- Gather, consolidate, and share strategic input from non-core markets at WWBT level
- Inform and provide guidance on global strategies and go-to-market deliverables
- Lead cross-functional forums across Regulatory, VAP (Value Access and Pricing), Supply and Medical Affairs to ensure timely and successful commercialization of MM assets
- Ensure Markets are aware of and ready to incorporate innovative, best-in-class digital capabilities across brands and leverage digital/online assets provided by franchise teams
- Identify and quantify new market expansion opportunities outside

**Requirements**:

- 10 years industry experience with 3+ years of marketing/equivalent experience. BA/BS required; MBA/graduate degree preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility within sales and/or marketing with affiliate experience preferred
- High-level strategic thinking with the ability to concisely translate complex scientific topics to a wide range of audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive business results in a heavily matrixed, fast-paced environment
- Strong implementation and coordination skills
- Strong leadership and ability to drive influence across stakeholders to set direction, align work efforts, and ensure outstanding execution.
- In-Market Experience and Hematology expertise desired
