**Your challenge****:
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to compile financial metrics and project milestones supporting decision-making process (analysis, concept and review)
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify potential business opportunities / develop strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with team members on various initiatives / projects related to sales / business development and process optimization
- Support various coordinative and administrative tasks within the team and with relevant internal stakeholders (including events preparation, nominations, soundings and communication measures)
**Your profile****:
- A Bachelor or Master's degree in Banking & Finance, Business Economics or similar, preferably specialized in Banking E
- cellent command of English and German, any other language is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Analytical and organizational talent
