**Responsibilities**:

- In this position, you will support HR Business Partners in the day-to-day business and various tasks related to the employee lifecycle
- You will be responsible for writing and publishing job advertisements in French and English
- You will independently manage the recruitment of interns in various areas and accompany them throughout the entire HR lifecycle
- You will assist HR Business Partners with various administrative tasks, such as drafting work certificates and scheduling interviews
- Depending on your qualifications and interests, you will contribute to diverse and exciting cross-functional projects within a young, dynamic and humorous team

**Profile**:

- You are a student or recent graduate with a degree in business economics, psychology, marketing or equivalent
- You have a very good knowledge of French and English. German is an advantage
- You are enthusiastic about working in human resources and are available for a period of 6 or 12 months
- You have excellent writing skills, are familiar with the MS Office suite and adapt easily to different IT systems
- You stand out for your independence, your ability to work as part of a team, your communication skills and your dynamism. In addition, you have a positive and creative mindset
