**Aufgaben**:

- Selbständige Beratung und Begleitung der operativen Divisionen in allen baurechtlichen Belangen im Rahmen einer interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Stabsstellen
- Umfassende rechtliche Begleitung von Bauprojekten und Immobilientransaktionen
- Verfassen und Überprüfen von Verträgen (insb. Immobilien-Kaufverträge, Werkverträge, Projektentwicklungsverträge, Mietverträge, sachenrechtliche Verträge, Aufträge)
- Selbständige Betreuung von Rechtsfällen im Bau-, Planungs
- und Immobilienrecht
- Selbständiges Führen von Vertragsverhandlungen
- Vertreten von Implenia vor staatlichen Gerichten und Behörden
- Führen von externen Anwälten
- Unterstützung im Bereich Legal Know-how Management
- Ergänzende Aufgaben: Regulatory / Compliance Advisory Funktionen

**Was Sie mitbringen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Universitätsstudium in der Schweiz (lic. iur./ Master of Law) mit CH-Anwaltspatent
- Min. 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Anwalt oder Legal Counsel, Erfahrung als Legal Counsel in einem Unternehmen erwünscht, davon idealerweise 2 Jahre im Bereich Immobilien
- und Baurecht
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Teamkompetenz
- Die Fähigkeit, auch unter hohem Druck in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld effizient und präzise zu arbeiten sowie komplexe Sachverhalte mit ökonomischem Bezug, in rechtlicher Hinsicht zielführend einzuordnen
- Erfahrung und Interesse im Legal Know-how Management sind von Vorteil
- Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil, vorzugsweise Französischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
