Deine Aufgaben
- Business Application Manager für unser BPM-Tool (SAP Signavio)
- Modellierung und stetige Aktualisierung der End-to-End-Prozesse (E2E)
- Definition, Analyse und Optimierung von Prozesskennzahlen (E2E) zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung definierter E2E-Prozesse, Koordination und Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Prozessen
- Planung und Sicherstellung der Prozessleistung sowie deren kontinuierliche Überwachung
- Führen der firmenweiten Modellierer-Community im Business
- Integration neuer Prozesse in das bestehende Prozessmodell, Durchführung von BPM-Notations
- und Logikprüfungen zur Freigabe
- Aktive Mitarbeit im kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP), einschliesslich Prüfung und Bearbeitung von KVP-Themen sowie Coaching bei der Umsetzung
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene höhere Fachausbildung in den Bereichen Business Process Management (BPM), Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in BPM, End-to-End-Geschäftsprozessen, Prozessmodellierung und IT-Systemen im E2E-Prozessumfeld, mit Optimierung von User Experience und Customer Journey
- Erfahren im Einsatz von BPM-Tools, SAP Signavio von Vorteil, und versiert in der Analyse und Optimierung nachgelagerter IT-Prozesse
- Ausgeprägte Methodenkompetenz im BPM für E2E-Businessprozesse, gepaart mit einer methodischen, prozessorientierten und kommunikativen Arbeitsweise
- Intrinsisch motivierte, kommunikative und verbindende Persönlichkeit mit hohen Sozialkompetenzen
- Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
