A subsidiary of the ELCA Group, NEOSIS is a company specialized in the conception, development, commercialization, integration of iPension Suite, a modern and innovative software suite dedicated to pension and social security to the Swiss market.

The goal of the internship is to bring an innovative Portal for the Citizens to an MVP productive version.

**Your role**

We are looking for an outstanding Portal Developer for the development and the evolution of a modern and innovative Portal for the convenience of Citizens. In your work, you will extend and design an innovative Web Portal that fits the existing Data ecosystem of a Software Suite.

In this project, you will be working within the Neosis team, currently developing a modern, state-of-the-art Software Suite that tackles the administration of the Swiss pension system, iPension (ipension.ch)

Therefore, you will contribute to provide a better information for all the Citizen about their future in the 3 pillars of Pension and Social Insurance, in particular about understanding and improving their own financial situation aligned with their expectations. In our team, you will have the opportunities to meet experts from diverse sectors (Infrastructure, architecture, data science & AI, development, business analysis, project management,) which, we hope, will help you gain experience through your project in a real business environment.

**Multiple phases**

The first objective will be dedicated to understanding how the existing system works (iPension ecosystem, architecture, back-end and front-end layer, portal layer, technical stack).

The second one will be to extend and bring the first version of the B2C portal (Back
- and front-end) to an MVP and productive version.

**Responsibilities**
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
- Create and maintain software documentation.
- Cooperate with UX Experts to match visual design intent.

**Your profile**

- Programming skills and in-depth knowledge in:

- Web development knowledge
- Having already worked with a popular web framework (Vue.js / angular /react)
- Adequate knowledge in the following:

- DevOps / GitOps modes
- Portal development
- REST Web Services development
- Java Programming Language + Spring stack
- Familiarity with the following tools:

- Openshift (OKD) / Docker
- Git
- IntelliJ IDEA (Java)
- CI/CD : Jenkins + Flux
- Solid understanding of how Web Portals work including security, session management, and best development practices
- Ideally having already completed an angular project.
- Problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills

Organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
