Overview of Role

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide general assistance, such as
- execution of full account opening processes for private & corporate accounts
- respond to client requests and provide information when required
- receive and process trading and payment orders from clients
- prepare documentation for client meetings
- provide instructions for deposit and loan maturities
- monitor progress of tasks and gather information for internal statistics
- Close co-operation with various departments particularly in Zurich, including Private Banking, Investment Department, Credit, Payments and Securities Administration
- Coordinate meetings (internal and external) and in-house client events

Education and Qualifications
- Commercial or High School degree, bank apprenticeship or similar

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
- 5 - 8 years banking experience required
- Understanding of investment/financial markets required
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken)
- Well organized and can support operational elements
- Avaloq experience is beneficial
- Team player
- Flexibility, “can-do” attitude, seeking continuous service improvement, high quality standards
