This role is required to support the WM Fraud BRPS Head to deliver team’s mandate and ensure sustainable & compliant growth and proactive risk management. You will be in a role which will allow you to develop and be a business enabler as well as create front to back governance and framework for WM in the first line around key risks such as financial risk, anti-fraud, market risk, client channels and other emerging risk projects. You will support and influence relationships with key partners such as WM Front and others across the bank such as Front Support, Platform and other Change functions as deemed necessary for the alignment of strategic and daily operational objectives as well as gain exposure to key front-to-back business processes that are critical for WM thereby allowing you to actively identify and assess the emerging risks across regions and where relevant, recommend creative solutions to handle, mitigate and monitor identified risks and address underlying issues by driving process changes or improvements to the controls. Furthermore, you will lead / assist in various related projects/working groups with regional and location partners, such that automation and efficiency initiatives can be embedded within existing/ongoing TOM projects, where possible, given that compliance with the policy/guidelines is integral for the WM business, and ensure that processes designed meet regulatory expectations, internal policies and procedures.

Business Risk and Process Solutions are first line owners within WM COO who manage frameworks for critical topics within Wealth Management They define the business process framework in line with changing business or regulatory needs. They ensure front-to-back oversight over their framework through a federated approach. They are responsible for Regional Target State planning and alignment, working in partnership with non-hub locations. **Your skills and experience**

You can expect a range of challenging tasks and responsibilities, firmly embedded within the business with the view to deliver balanced results with a significant impact to the bank. You will be working in a dynamic and motivated team. Required experience:

- Strong preference for persons with at least 5 years’ experience working in private banking front office, strategy, business management, controlling or risk functions
- Financial knowledge or background is preferred
- Confident and articulate, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Build positive relationship with senior executives independently
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver outcomes in adherence to project timelines
- Able to balance multi-task in a very demanding and fast paced environment, taking ownership and accountability of tasks and projects from inception to conclusion
- Self-motivated with outstanding ability to think out of the box with strong organizational and project management skills to track progress against breakthroughs
- The highest professional work ethic and performing fully in line with compliance standards, internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies
- Dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
