Your tasks
- Active collaboration and support in the Digitalization Project of HR processes for the complete employee life cycle, related to payroll topics
- Workstream lead for the implementation of a new payroll system
- Process absence records from UKA into the payroll system (e.g., illnesses, accidents, unpaid leave)
- Check payroll information for accuracy and ensure all relevant paperwork is in order
- Coordinate with HR Services about changes in payroll (e.g., terminations, new hires)
- Coordination with external payroll provider
- Oversee electronic payments and distribution of payroll slips
- Upload DTA (bank transfer) and oversee payment process
- Update data with salary or wage adjustments
- Process other financial compensations or deductions (e.g., annual bonuses, severance pay, taxes)
- Create reports upon request
- Answer employee questions about salaries and payments
- Work with authorities (e.g., AHV, SUVA)
- Process all payroll related accruals

**Profile**:

- Solid commercial education (KV), further education as Payroll Specialist is a plus
- Proven experience as a Swiss payroll coordinator or similar role
- Familiarity with Swiss payroll processes
- Good knowledge of Swiss legislation and social security law aspects relevant to accounting and payroll
- Working experience with payroll systems (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors EC/ECP)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with good statistical mindset with an excellent attention to detail
- Team player with a strong customer focus and great communication skills
- Stress resistant and ability to work independently
- German level C1; English level B2
