We are internationally active on the market with specialty chemicals for EnergyCuring, with high-quality active ingredients and special products for the Cosmetic industry. Years of experience, know-how and competent technical support made us a leading provider in the market. We are seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to lead new initiatives within RAHN-Group’s Cosmetics division.

***STRATEGIC GROWTH MANAGER - Cosmetics Division**:
This role is critical for driving strategic sales, business expansion, and closely collaborating with the VP of Cosmetics to execute the strategic vision, optimize resources, and enhance market share.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales frameworks for growth in key markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on specialized sales units.
- Lead initiatives to expand in existing and new target markets.
- Enhance brand communication and customer engagement, with a focus on trend-based innovation.
- Establish KPIs to track growth initiatives and market penetration effectiveness.

Your Profile:

- 7+ years in strategic sales or business development, with experience managing large-scale projects.
- BSc or MSc degree in Business, Marketing, Product Development, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of expanding in international markets.
- Proficiency in data-driven sales strategies and pricing development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and German.
- Proactive, independent, with strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to inspire & empower teams to achieve strategic goals.
