Ip Paralegal

**Your mission**:
Do you possess attention to detail and enjoy working on legal matters with a focus on IP, particularly trademarks, designs and online enforcement?
We are looking for a new colleague to join us in managing our global IP portfolio based in Zug, Switzerland and with hybrid home-office options.

Your main tasks will include:

- Document management of all physical and electronic documents relating to our IP (assignments, trademark registration and renewal certificates)
- Creation and maintenance of case files and records in our IP database and be the central liaison for all IP database related queries
- Monitor deadlines and collect signatures (and any necessary formalities) from the relevant parties
- Preparing and instructing on new trademark filings, renewals, and life-cycle maintenance of our international IP portfolio
- Conducting clearance searches, assisting with trademark watch services and providing a first analysis where conflicts arise
- Central point of contact regarding collection and storage of evidence of use materials
- Assisting with internal queries regarding marketing, advertising and packaging materials
- Liaising with our international network of legal counsel and IP service providers

**Your profile**:

- At least 3 years professional experience as an IP paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal team
- Completed CAS in Paralegal Studies, business administration (KV) education, or similar
- An independent and diligent work ethic, are detail-oriented and organized with your daily workload
- Sound knowledge of MS-Office and experience with an IP database, e.g. WebTMS
- A motivated team-player with a willingness to handle ad-hoc tasks
- Fluent in English and German (more language skills are a bonus, e.g. French)
