**This is Your Job**:

- recruit a highly motivated and efficient team of software development experts together with HR
- create a working environment that attracts talent, fosters collaboration, and triggers creativity
- manage the Rieter TechHub and build up close relationships to other startups and universities
- align the development roadmap with the entire Rieter Automation and Digital organization
- act as a role model when it comes to agile way of working
- lead the team to successful completion of development activities
- coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- ensure the availability of right competences to execute data analytics and other development projects

**Your Profile**:

- proven track record in digital transformation
- start-up and entrepreneurial mentality, ability to lead change, build networks, think ahead, take calculated risks
- 5+ years’ experience of working in agile software development and experience in leading a team
- very good communication and social skills across different cultures and management levels with proven international experience
- strong capabilities in visualization and communication
- self-motivated, structured problem-solving skills and target-oriented
- transparent, fact based and open communication style
- German and English, any other language is considered a plus
