Our Finance Department in Bad Zurzach - Switzerland, is looking for a
**Treasury Administrator (f/m/d) (100 %) - Fixed Term Contract (6-8 months)**
In this role, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and international work environment
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Support Global Treasury in:
- Setting-up the global cash management strategy implementation
- Fill out all relevant forms related to Bank account opening
- Open bank accounts incl. internal as well as external processes (SAP, Bellin, FIDES etc.)
- Ensure all is signed correctly and shared with the relevant partners
- Send all documents to the relevant parties (EMAIL/Postal mail)
- Assist in IT/SAP related topic such as change of Customer information on invoicing etc.
- Keep track of Go-Live Template
- Prepare manuals and where necessary instruction Documents
- Maintain and manage Bank Account Folders
- Bank Guarantee Facilities’ management
- Maintain Treasury Excel overview
- Assist in Bank Guarantee opening
- For all Treasury matters: process description HQ and for Entities
- Assist in everyday operational Administration work
**Your ideal profile**:
- You have Financial background
- You have 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Ideally you have previous work experience in Treasury
- You are fluent in English
- You can work on multiple projects at one time, prioritizing workload seamlessly
