**Was Du mitbringst**:

- Mit Deinem Hochschulabschluss (ETH, FH, Uni, HF) konntest Du schon die Arbeitswelt aufmischen. Stolz hast Du Dein LinkedIn-Profil bereits mit mindestens fünf Jahren Berufserfahrung als IT-Projektleiter/in in Softwareentwicklungsprojekten mit einem Volumen von mehreren hunderttausend CHF aufgepimpt. Zusätzlich hat Deine Expertennase schon Arbeitsluft in einer Position mit Linienmanagement mit mindestens fünf FTE schnuppern können._
- Deine fundierten Kenntnisse in Business Analyse, Requirements Engineering, Development oder Testing machen Dich zwar nicht zum/r Turner/in, den Spagat zwischen klassischer Projektleitung und agilem Vorgehen meisterst Du trotzdem spielerisch._
- Dabei bist Du verantwortlich für Project Leader und Mitarbeitende des Project Management Office, Kenntnisse in diesen Bereichen sowie die Vertrautheit mit Beratungsmethoden und -ansätzen ergänzen also Deine allgemeinen Teamlead-Führungsqualitäten. Apropos allgemein: Neben Deiner spezifischen Fachkompetenz bietet Dir Dein umfangreiches Allgemeinwissen stets einen Überblick über technologische Entwicklungen und erforderliche Fähigkeiten im technischen Bereich, vornehmlich in der IT. Du verfügst zusätzlich über Kenntnisse in der Medizintechnik? Dann bist Du wirklich der Perfect Match_
