**Commercial Insights & Analytics Manager**
**About the Position**:
The Commercial Insights & Analytics Manager leverages his/her in-depth business knowledge, advanced analytical capabilities and understanding of data and KPIs to drive profound investigations on our industry, categories and consumer trends and to provide qualitative and quantitative commercial insights answer business questions. The incumbent would govern and evolve business definitions, KPIs, data sources, analytics products and global SI reports to secure an relevant, insightful and accurate read of the business. He/She would participate in cross-functional projects providing strategic guidance on measures and data sources and driving consumer and commercial business knowledge across the organization..
**What you will actually do**:
Commercial Insights & Analytics
The incumbent would leverage his/her in-depth business knowledge, advanced analytical capabilities and understanding of data and KPIs to drive profound investigations on our industry, categories and consumer trends and to provide qualitative and quantitative commercial insights answer business questions from the management and corporate stakeholders. Develop and present story-telling reports to explain what has happened, why it happened and what could be next to spark new business perspectives and strategies definitions, or to set the ground for ad'hoc investigations by other Strategy and Insights teams.
Business Definitions, KPIs and Data Sources Governance
With the aim to provide an accurate and insightful read of the business, the incumbent will execute regular assessments of existing KPIs or propose new measures and dimensions of analysis, drive alignment with stakeholders to define and agree on criteria to change current definitions, gather facts to provide an objective perspective of business relevance and impact, coordinate approved changes implementation with technical teams, etc. The exploration of new sources and the assessment of their potential to complement/improve the read of the business will be included, requiring coordination with IT Data&Analytics teams if data integration is required and alignment/collaboration with other functions if global reporting would be impacted.
Business Ownership of Analytics Products
For the analytics products under his / her accountability, the incumbent will define the yearly roadmap in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, take the necessary actions to secure and follow-up on the required budget, drive the roadmap implementation with the required technical teams and will proactively communicate the agreed roadmap and progress updates. He / She will be accountable to to preserve the business relevance and accuracy of the designated products.
**Who are we looking for**:
- 5+ years experience in Marketing & Sales function in a market, region or HQ
- Strong business understanding with extensive knowledge of the different variables that impact our industry categories and brands development, including macroeconomics, incidence & consumption, consumer dynamics, pricing, volume, inflow/outflow, retail KPIs, taxation
- Project management experience, able to manage well details without losing the sight of the bigger picture
- Extensive knowledge and experience of market dynamic data sources (e.g. Nielsen, IRI...), Global Consumer Tracker Program, KPIs calculation, reporting and insights generation. Have experience working with large amount of data, and deep knowledge of data and how it impacts KPIs and consolidation
- Experience in responding to management needs by performing deep dives and generating holistic insights from different data sources
- Experience managing and working with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
