**QA Systems Intern**
**Internship duration**: 1 year
**Location**: Corsier-sur-Vevey, Switzerland
The Quality Systems & Compliance group belongs to the Quality Unit of the Corsier-sur-Vevey production site. This group is in charge of the quality systems, the management of our partners, and the regulatory compliance of our activities.
In order to support the team, we are looking for a 1-year intern (to be discussed) who would like to improve his knowledge of GMP, particularly in the training and documentation processes:
- Processing of documents in CARA (computerized system for documentation)
- Printing and distribution of controlled copies for the various departments,
- Archiving of GMP documents and management of archive loans,
- Update of training curricula in HR4YOULearning (training system)
- User support
- User training
- Maintaining KPIs
- Participation in continuous improvement projects on training and documentation
