**A day in the Life**
**Technical Responsibilities**
**Project duties**:
- During design and start up of new production line: support operational readiness in area of expertise such as material management, cleanroom room readiness, training, compliance
- Participates in Technology Transfer of new products
- Supports CVQ, PQ, Process Validation execution
**Operational duties**:
- Is responsible for the daily support of manufacturing, including compliance, KPI, scheduling, material management, change controls, investigation, CAPA, etc
- Support Manufacturing Excellence in order to run robustly and smoothly
- Participates in defining robust process parameters during routine manufacturing campaigns
- Build cross functional teams and interact with other support functions such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, and other relevant functional areas
- Participate in New Product Introduction activities
**Quality**:
- Adheres to current GMP rules, Quality policies, procedures and instructions for their area of responsibility.
- Adheres to EHSS legal requirements, rules, policies, procedures and instructions for their area of responsibility.
**Leadership**:
- Is intellectually curious and adopts Practical Process Improvement (PPI).
- Support strategic focus by delivering the right objectives prioritizing work to increase impact.
**Keys to Success**
**Education**:
- Biologielaborant / Chemielaborant / Bachelor in Chemistry / Biochemistry / Biology / Food Science or equivalent
- Language: English, German is a plus
**Experience**:
- 3-5 years successful experience in pharmaceuticals operations in a GMP relevant environment
- The function requires a first experience in pharmaceutical industry
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:
- Willingness to learn
**Physical Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
- On-call duties is expected
