Our Global Creative Design Department in Bad Zurzach - Switzerland, is looking for a

**Creative Designer Homewear/Beachwear/Swimwear (f/m/d) (100 %)**

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the word’s largest intimate Apparel companies in the sector You will be the person responsible to deliver an ongoing collection of product concepts, in line with the Global Creative vision, Seasonal trends and our Design DNA principles

**Your Responsibilities**:

- To research latest trends in colour, fabric, pattern, silhouette/fit and details and keep up to date with best sellers in order to deliver relevant product concepts line with the Triumph Global Design DNA and Process across Europe
- Provide information that can be used to continuously identify opportunities and sources of growth, and deliver against the Corporate and Business Unit KPI’s and Targets
- Drive the European Creative Design positioning and values across the business and within the organization
- Ensure understanding of the Creative Design strategy and guiding principles of the Triumph Business Unit are followed
- Partner and collaborate with the Technical Designers providing them with clear design direction
- Deliver clear creative and commercial product concepts by intelligently combining new trend information and an understanding the competitors through regular market visits
- Utilize exceptional understanding of the female clothing and Creative Design business units to provide insights and deliver competitive advantages and economies of scale for Creative Design Triumph.

**Your ideal profile**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in apparel/fashion Industry, ideally in womenswear
- Experience in driving the design strategy
- Trend researching experience
- Cross functional relationship expertise
- CAD Design skills, photoshop/Illustrator for product/print and pattern is required
- Fluency in English is essential and other languages knowledge would be a plus
- Exceptional consumer and competitor understanding
- Ability to inspire via strong communication skills
