LCIS is a co-educational, English language based, day school that welcomes nearly 450 students between 3 and 18 years old. Nestled in Switzerland amongst vineyards and fruit orchards, between Lac Léman and the Jura mountains, we are also within very easy commuting distance from Geneva and Lausanne. It is a truly great environment to live and work.

**Personal Assistant to the Principal**

100% - from August 2023

As part of this position, you would have the following** r**esponsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Principal - diary management, booking of appointments, arranging travel, proof reading, translations etc.
- Support the general operations of the school - data management, HR & schools’ business functions where needed including the production and maintenance of the annual school calendar.
- Act as a great ambassador for the school, often being the first point of contact, either face to face or online.
- Taking minutes of Executive Team and parent meetings.
- Supporting the Principal in producing presentations, internally and externally.
- Liaising with Nord Anglia Education’s regional and central office administration to ensure a smooth flow of information between the school and the company.

And we are looking for the following** q**ualifications and skills**:

- Ability to communicate both in French and English is essential
- Pro-active and self-driven person with a “can do” attitude
- Rigorous, autonomous, discrete and exercises respect and strong professionalism towards confidential information
- IT literacy
- Ease with data management, typing and systems
- Ability to adapt to the different needs of each department
- Affinity with and interest in education
- Clean criminal records and valid work permit
