- On behalf of one of our clients, a Swiss Private Bank with international operations, we are currently looking for a Corporate Tax Manager.- Your responsibilities:
- Assist in the definition of the Group transfer pricing policy.
- Review all intra-Group transactions to provide advices on all transfer pricing implications.
- Involvement with new and existing transfer pricing arrangements.
- Run monthly transfer pricing process including the computations.
- Prepare the annual Local files and Master file for all the Group entities.
- Review of intra group contracts to provide advices on all tax implications.
- Maintain effective control process over all aspects of the Group transfer pricing procedures.
- Works with the finance teams in Switzerland and abroad to identify opportunitiesfortransfer pricing process improvement (by developing or implementing and streamlining processes, worksheets, best practices, etc.).
- Follow industry trends and track changes related to any corporate taxes applicable to the Group.
- Maintains legislative materials and compliance by reviewing, interpreting, and implementing new or revised laws.
- Monitor current and impending legislative and regulatory tax law developments and make the appropriate updates to procedures and policies + if needed, supervision of the implementation of the changes into the Group IT tools.
- Assist the other corporate tax team members in their daily tasks on:

- Maintain the tax reporting in financial statements (year-end and mid-year)
- Assist in the consolidated reporting purposes (including monthly reviews and analysis of deferred taxes and all tax accounts and provisions + effective tax rate)
- Deferred taxes follow-up, computation and justification
- Group tax data collection system(s) with quantitative (i.e. including records of tax payments, tax provision, transfer pricing, etc.) and qualitative data (i.e. processes, insurance, loans, guarantees, subordinated debts, contracts, correspondence with SFTA, rulings, etc.)
- Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulationswithintimeframe
- Building relationships to provide excellent consulting and expertise
- Providing advice and guidance to the standard operations on all taxes including Corporate Income Taxes, VAT, stamp duties and withholding taxes
- Review of contracts to provide advice on all tax implications
- Develop and implement tax strategies that align with business goals
- Identify and mitigate tax risks
- Liaise with internal and external advisors/auditors
- Provide support with various internal audits and special tax related projects
- Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests
- Coordinate outsourced tax preparation work (in Switzerland and abroad)
- Lead dedicated corporate tax project(s).
- Your Profile:
- Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders and communicate the benefits of tax initiatives (Initiative/autonomy).
- Strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Reporting and numeracy skills.
- Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Show interest in following changes to tax regulations and laws.
- Excellent analytical and research skills with detail orientation.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent relationships
- Extensive corporate tax knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance and procedures for banks.
