Lab Technician Qc

We are offering an attractive position for a scientist with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in biochemical analytical methods to join our Analytical Department located in Schachen LU.

The Biologics Analytical Department provides support to the manufacturing sites of the company by performing release and stability testing of clinical batches and acting as the interface between method development and validation. We are establishing and validating methods for testing of biologics drug substances and drug products adhering to regulatory GMP requirements.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Establishing and running chromatography methods for release & stability testing of Biologics.
- Performing method validations and transfers to other laboratories and CROs.
- Providing feedback on and improving test methods.
- Write technical protocols, reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry/Chemistry/Biological Sciences, or
- Laboratory Technician EFZ.
- Analytical testing with HPLC/UPLC: Size Exclusion, Ion Exchange, Reverse Phase, MS.
- Knowledge of relevant CDS (Empower).
- Creating linear and non-linear standard curves and using quality control samples.
- Precise pipetting of small volumes and preparing large number of sample dilutions.
- Robust knowledge of protein biochemistry and protein characterization techniques.
- Analytical method validation and GMP working experience is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and German.
