**E-mobility Training Coordinator**:

As Training Coordinator, you will play an important role in developing learning experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and competencies effectively and appealingly. Responsibilities include communicating with managers across the organization to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams, channel partners, and employees. You will be part of the Global Segment Sales team which is expanding. Your team members are based in different parts of the world (part of the team is based in Delft), bringing a diverse set of cultures and skills. The team has a drive for collaboration, focus, responsibility and transparency.

Technical Training Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Map out annual training plans for Sales, Marketing, Communications, Services, Support, and more, design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
- Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
- Collaborate in the instructional design of the training modules together with the design staff of the global training team.
- Organize the content developed in the form of training programs that provide the necessary support to all the local sales and service units.
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session, decide on the criteria used to judge learners’ performance and develop assessment instruments and maintain training courses folders.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a technical background or equivalent work experience, preferably with a major in Electricity, Power Electronics, or Electro-mechanical field is desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and lesson & curriculum planning skills, adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools and visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and storyboarding would be highly valued.
- In-depth understanding of the learning process for sales professionals, preferably in high-paced environments, MS Office proficiency.
- Experience in the field of project management would be highly appreciated, advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Hands-on mentality and resilience toward a fast-changing environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills internally and externally.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) and preferably any other primary global language and willingness to travel up to 10-30% on average, mostly within Europe and globally.
