Global Healthcare Quality Manager

Join the Global Contract Logistics Healthcare Product Management team as Global Healthcare Quality Manager Contract Logistics driving the global enhancement of the quality level in terms of governance, standards and operational quality.- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and enhance the global Healthcare quality management system (QMS) in regards to Contract
Logistics specific requirements in close collaboration with the Global Healthcare Quality team and QSHE
- with particular focus on GxP requirements (e.g. GDP, GSP, GMP)
- Ensure global compliance of all global Contract Logistics Healthcare sites by maintaining and enhancing
an effective governance and audit management framework
- Functional leadership of all national and local Contract Logistics quality managers globally
- Provide consultancy and support on all Healthcare related quality management topics in Contract
Logistic through all steps of a customer lifecycle (RFQ support, implementation, operations)
- Develop and maintain effective global training concepts and provide global Healthcare quality trainings
(GxP, continuous improvement, CAPA and root cause analysis, change control, etc.)
- Take an active role in the global cross-business-unit Healthcare quality leadership team
- Perform corporate quality assessments and supplier audits as needed
- Identify, develop and implement global quality standards, tools and best practices for contract logistics
- Maintain and develop global quality KPI metrics in order to monitor global quality standards and provide
early information for an effective quality management

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Graduate level or equivalent in a relevant discipline, e.g. science, engineering, logistics
- Professional education or proven experience as quality manager, quality auditor or quality professional in the
Healthcare industry
- Minimum 10 years professional experience in the Healthcare sector, preferably in the 3PL / logistics
segment with focus on warehousing & distribution
- Demonstrated knowledge in WHO GMP/GDP/GSP, ISO 13485, EU GDP, FDA regulations
- Demonstrated knowledge with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Comprehensive operational Healthcare know-how on processes, tools and regulations
- Proven leadership, communication and training skills as well as organizational talent
- Team player, proven ability to work in global virtual teams with strong cross-cultural skills and experience
- Very good MS Office skills
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel globally, also at short notice
