Eingebettet im Controlling Headquarter ist die Funktion für die Koordination / Überwachung des gruppenweiten Projektportfolios hinsichtlich Budgets, Zeitpläne, Ressourcen, Fortschritte, etc. sämtlicher Prozess
- und Investitionsprojekte der Konzernleitung zuständig.

**Corporate Project Controller (w/m/d) 80-100%**

**Dein typischer Tag**
- Du verantwortest die **Überwachung zahlreicher Schlüsselprojekte**, **moderierst Gate Meetings**, **leitest das Projekt
- und Investment Board** (PIB) und rapportierst regelmässig dem Executive Committee (EC) über Status und allfällige Abweichungen (Budget, Zeit, Ressourcen, Qualität, etc.)
- Du bereitest regelmässig **Finanzanalysen **auf und **verfolgst Projektfortschritte** anhand von Meilensteinen sowie KPI’s und lieferst somit wichtige **Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das EC** **und andere Stakeholder **(Projektleiter/innen, Gatekeeper, Portfolio Manager)
- Dazu gehört das **Entwickeln und Pflegen von Projektbudgets**, **Finanzprognosen**, um Projekte aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht besser zu priorisieren und potenzielle Probleme zu antizipieren** (Riskmanagement)**:

- Du **entwickelst** und **implementierst Risikominimierungsstrategien**, **Status
- und Finanzberichte** sowie **Abschlüsse** und verantwortest die **Konsolidierung aller strategischen Projekte** in einem Projekt-Cockpits
- In dieser Drehscheibenfunktion **optimierst und entwickelst du Reportings**, **Templates** sowie **Policies** und bist **Key-User unseres Projektmanagement Tools** **„Clarity“**

**Dein Profil**
- Du hast einen **Uni oder FH Abschluss** (BWL oder ähnlich) und verfügst über **4-5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle **mit **Schwergewicht in Project Controlling / Project Management**:

- Du bist das **betriebswirtschaftliche Gewissen** **der strategisch wichtigen Projekte** und hast **Freude an Reportings**, **Präsentationen** sowie **optimieren von Geschäftsprozessen**:

- Du bezeichnest dich als **vernetzt denkenden**, **strukturierten** sowie **flexiblen Teamplayer**, welcher **gerne die Fäden in der Hand** hält, sowie **mühelos auf C-Level kommunizieren** kann
- Mit **agilen und anderen Projektmanagement Methoden** (SAFe, etc.) sowie **Projektmanagement Tools**, idealerweise Clarity, kennst du dich aus und hast eine **ausgeprägte Affinität für ICT-Tools** (SAP Modul PS, Power Point, Excel, etc.)
- Dank deinen **fliessenden Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnissen** fällt es dir leicht, dich mit internen Stakeholdern mühelos zu verständigen
