Food Runner

**As a Food Runner at Billionaire St. Moritz**

You will play a key role in delivering a seamless dining experience by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dishes to our guests. You will collaborate closely with our kitchen and service teams to ensure that every plate is presented perfectly. This is a seasonal role available for the winter season, offering a fixed-term contract.

**Your day to day**:

- Assist in delivering dishes from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all orders are correct and complete.
- Ensure timely and smooth coordination between the kitchen and service staff to maintain the flow of service.
- Support the service team by clearing and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Assist with restocking stations and ensuring that food items and supplies are readily available.
- Handle any guest inquiries or requests with professionalism, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.

**Who are you?**
- Previous experience working as a Food Runner or in a similar role within high-end or luxury restaurants. Prior experience in fine dining environments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the flow of service in a fast-paced, upscale setting, with attention to detail and presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both guests and team members.
- A passion for hospitality and customer service, with a friendly demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of additional languages (e.g. German, French) is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work closely with chefs, managers and front of house staff.
- This is a fixed-term contract for the winter season, running from **December 2023 to March 2024.**
