Nous recherchons un.e **Tech Lead POWER BI** pour rejoindre notre équipe.

**Responsabilités**
- Définir la dynamique de partage et de montée en compétences au sein de la communauté Power BI (Formations, Best Practices, Veille, R&D, analyse du positionnement de la solution Power BI en particulier sur des problématique Cloud, etc.) ;
- Mettre en place des solutions de data analytics (analyse, spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques, atelier de conception, développement) ;
- Réaliser des missions d’expertise ou de cadrage du besoin ;
- Participer à des actions d’avant-vente (Demo, POC ) ;
- Garantir les aspects qualité (robustesse, performance, résistance, justesse, évolutivité, lisibilité) ;
- Apprendre et partager vos connaissances et vos idées au sein d’un collectif animé par la technique.

**Exigences**
- Au moins 4 ans d'expérience pratique dans le développement de PowerBI, les tableaux de bord et les techniques de modélisation et de visualisation des données.
- Expérience de l'intégration de données par l'extraction, la transformation et le chargement (ETL) de données provenant de diverses sources.
- Expérience en matière de visualisation complexe et de DAX.
- Expérience de diverses sources de données (SQL, Cloud, autres).
- Capacité à rechercher et à résoudre des problèmes techniques.
- Solides compétences analytiques, interpersonnelles et de communication.
- Très bonne compréhension de SQL.

Expérience souhaitée:
- Expérience avec AAS, Power Platform, Azure Synapse
- Expérience d'autres outils de BI (Tableau), Microsoft Azure
- Ouverture à l'apprentissage d'autres outils
- Capacité à partager les connaissances
