**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Verantwortlich für die Gestaltung und Implementierung komplexer Projekte zur Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen.
- Effektive Projektplanung, -steuerung und -überwachung, um den Projekterfolg sicherzustellen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Sales, Operations, Management und IT, um die Projektziele zu erreichen.
- Aufbau und Pflege von professionellen Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern.
- Durchführung von fundierten Business-Analysen und Erstellung umfassender Projekt-Reportings.

**Deine Skills**:

- Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung und Koordination von Projekten zur Geschäftsprozessoptimierung.
- Tiefgreifendes Fachwissen im Prozessmanagement und ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Problemlösung.
- Hervorragende zwischenmenschliche Kompetenzen und hohe Überzeugungsfähigkeit.
- Proaktive Arbeitseinstellung, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Begeisterung für gelegentliche Reisen
