**Ce champ d'activité t'enthousiasme**:

- Etablir le planning des collaborateurs du CSC, le développer et l'optimiser en permanence.
- Contrôler la réalisation des "objectifs de Service Level" définis sur tous les canaux.
- Coordination de la planification des formations des collaborateurs du CSC avec les responsables de formation
- Etablissement du Forecast stratégique comme base pour une planification globale des capacités sur tous les sites et un plan d'intervention optimal sur tous les canaux.
- Etablissement du planning des campagnes de nos clients Business

**Ton expertise nous enthousiasme**: Tu disposes d'une formation commerciale de base ou équivalente, tu as de bonnes connaissances en informatique (notamment la palette Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint M) et tu as déjà pu acquérir une certaine expérience dans un CSC.
- Tu es une personne engagée et pleine d'initiative et tu as une capacité de réflexion analytique et méthodique. Tu es habitué(e) à travailler de manière autonome, précise et consciencieuse. Nous attendons une fiabilité supérieure à la moyenne ainsi qu'un sens des responsabilités prononcé. Grâce à ton attitude positive et à ton sens du service, tu as la capacité de t'enthousiasmer toi-même ainsi que tes clients chaque jour de nouveau De très bonnes capacités de planification et d'organisation complètent ton profil. Ta langue maternelle est soit le français, soit l'allemand, et tu as également de bonnes connaissances orales et écrites de l'autre langue.
