**Facility Project Leader (m/w/d) 100%**:
Assurer la gestion des modifications bâtiments au sein d’une industrie médicale permettant de maintenir les installations au niveau qualitatif requis.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Conduire les projets de transformation des bâtiments
- Procéder aux analyses de risques liés aux travaux, faire respecter les normes et procédures en vigueur dans le domaine de la sécurité de l’hygiène et de l’environnement
- Assurer l'interface avec les unités opérationnelles et les entrepreneurs au cours de la planification et de la construction
- Proposer les projets d’investissements nécessaires à l’entretien, à la fiabilité des bâtiments et aux installations techniques
- Soutenir les initiatives en matière d'énergie, de durabilité et de gestion des infrastructures
- Instaurer une culture de la haute performance et d'amélioration continue, fondée sur des indicateurs de performance clés, de performances et de partage des meilleures pratiques

**Votre qualifications**:

- Être titulaire d’un diplôme en technique des bâtiments ou tout titre jugé équivalent
- Expérience en gestion de projets bâtiment dans une industrie médicale ou pharmaceutique
- Maîtrise des outils informatique et du courrier électronique
- Aptitude à travailler en collaboration avec un groupe de personnes afin d'atteindre un objectif commun
- Maitrise des méthodologies de gestion de projet
- Démontrer une aptitude à assimiler et à mettre en œuvre des connaissances approfondies en matière de méthodologies de gestion de projet
- Anglais : niveau minimum B1.
