Our two core propositions are ONE Trading and ONE Payments. ONE Trading provides OTC crypto trading services for High Net Worth individuals, corporates, and institutional clients. ONE Payments is the payments and banking division of the group which is licensed in the UK (FCA-regulated) and in Switzerland. We have developed and manage our own proprietary payments platform as well as a global network of partners and clients.
**Overview**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior compliance associate to join our growing team, working across both our payments and cryptoassets business units. The role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a highly experienced team, working in a ‘compliance first’ approach firm. Please note, this role does not sit within our AML and financial crime team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in capturing cross-jurisdictional regulatory requirements relating to key aspects of the business.
- Review policies and procedures to make sure we remain compliant with relevant regulations
- Support business operations by providing informed advice and support relating to their jurisdictions of operation.
- Compliance horizon scanning.
- Assist with, and develop, compliance monitoring programs.
**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field and/or relevant experience and practical training.
- Experience in payments or crytpoassets is desirable, but not required if you have a genuine desire to develop.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and have the ability to assess and provide clear and accurate guidance to the business.
- Understanding of and experience working with the rules and regulations and compliance processes and systems.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workloads, able to work autonomously and deliver reviews and tasks assigned.
