We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a UI/UX Designer. The role is a permanent position based in Solothurn Canton (with good home office allowance).

Your Role:

- Hold responsibility for setting up & establishing a Design System.
- Coordinate & support design activities for digital products (coordinate with branding, adapting design guidelines, etc ).
- Implement user & business requirements in customer journeys, user flows & wireframes.
- Create screen designs & prepare assets for frontend developers.
- Prototype in low or high-fidelity design for user research activities.

Your Skills:

- At least 1 year of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a comparable function (portfolio desired).
- Strong skills in developing & maintaining Design Systems & in handling associated relevant tools (in particular; Figma, Axure & Zeroheight).
- A very good technical understanding of Web / App Technologies.

Your Profile:

- Completed relevant University Degree & ideally further educated in UX/UI Design & Usability.
- Analytical, conceptual & in possession of a quick understanding.
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated & a team-player.
- Willing to travel to Barcelona (30-40%) in order cooperate closely software developers in this location.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written), German language skills are considered a plus.
