**Mission**:
Le spécialiste du transport à l'exportation est responsable de la coordination du transport des machines, modules et produits fabriqués en Suisse ainsi que des expéditions de tiers, de l'outillage et des pièces de rechange.
Le spécialiste du transport à l'exportation est également responsable de la coordination du transport des pièces de rechange à partir de notre site situé en Suisse Allemande (10 km environ de Soleure) et sera le soutien du spécialiste du transport à l'exportation en charge des expéditions de machines et de modules.

- Liste de colisage
- Connaissance approfondie du système douanier suisse (GTS)
- Ordres de transport
- Suivi de l'état d'avancement, rapports, suivi
- Collecte et archivage des documents
- Coordination avec toutes les parties prenantes, entités locales, ventes, finances, production, SC, auditeurs externes, 4PL, transporteurs.
- Collecte de données et préparation de statistiques/KPls
- Optimisation et mise en œuvre des processus (par exemple, test de nouveaux processus).
**Responsabilités**:
- Préparation correcte et en temps voulu du transport et des documents associés pour les commandes de nos clients.
- Agrégation du statut du transport et rapport aux parties prenantes concernées.
Collecte et archivage des documents de transport sous forme numérique ou
physique, selon les besoins.
- Soutien des tâches secondaires telles que les audits financiers, l'agrégation des données, l'optimisation et la mise en œuvre des processus.
- Coopération active / communication avec les départements locaux et globaux (Service clientèle, BUSV, Ventes, LEs. Sites de production...).
**Profil**:
- CFC de commerce, atout Master/Export
- 1 à 2 ans d’expérience Export
- Connaissances particulières : Compétence en ce qui concerne les lois douanières suisses actuelles avec CE et dans le monde entier.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques : MS Office, SAP, Excel
- Maîtrise des langues : Français, anglais (courant), allemand (courant)
- Compétences et aptitudes particulières:
- Communicateur clair
- Consciencieux, fiable et précis
- Capable de prendre des décisions et de travailler de manière autonome
- Esprit d'équipe
- Flexible (minimum 50% sur site à **Grenchen**).
Entrée en fonction : dès janvier 2023
Activité sur 2 sites: (Lausanne et Grenchen; à 10 KM environ de Soleure et environ 25 km de Berne).
