We are looking for an** **international retail design**

architect and merchandiser**, **with

creativity, an eye for detail, and team spirit to grow with us.

From the gut feeling to the consumer path development to the execution of the boutique/podium/window or merchandising tool, you will be involved in every step.

**Purpose of the role**:
Guarantee accurate, qualitative, impactful brand image through all doors according to corporate guidelines.

Contribute to the development of the brand image through the creation, design and build of boutiques/counters/temporary spaces.

Participate in the improvement of shared tools to increase the efficiency and quality of our concept(s) execution.

**Mission and responsibilities**:
**1.Develop, coordinate and follow all the opening/renovations projects worldwide** (in collaboration with both brand & crea team and commercial team)
- Build a very strong relationship with our area managers (commercial team) and helps set up an efficient and fluid organization (weeklies, shared documents ) to follow the evolution of various opening/renovations projects.
- Challenge where necessary the store terms and conditions to ensure brand image is not compromised.
- Produce (or brief external suppliers), review and approve design, elevation plans, 3Ds, technical drawings for the opening/renovations in accordance with the merchandising guidelines, brands standards to optimize brand visibility and impact.
- Record all the projects with final drawings and pictures to ensure follow-up
- Once installations are complete, review the quality and processes giving feedback, sharing learnings and best-practices to area managers / suppliers as necessary. If necessary update our brand guidelines.

**2.Develop, coordination and follow all the creative POS animations worldwide**
- Provided creative POS animation ideas and renders such as PLV/podium/pop-ups and outposts and window designs for both new launches and animations on time to the Brand team to ensure impactful commercial presentation.
- Produce (or brief), review and approve design, 3Ds, technical drawings, follow local constructions, installations, and market reports

**3.Update, improve our ready-to-use Merchandising guidelines including consumer path, planograms and VM lists.**

**4.Research current trends** in architecture, art, fashion and in every field to find new ideas and propose concepts evolution and solutions. Participate in inspiring internally and externally.

**Ideal profile**:

- BA in interior design or architecture
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury Retail / Visual merchandising
- Passion for luxury and fragrances
- Fascinated about exclusive and memorable brand/retail experiences
- Boundless creativity balanced by a real commercial pragmatism and production practicality
- High energy, hard-working team player
- Detail oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and doer mindset, proactive approach and results oriented
- Work well under pressure with tight deadlines
- Full ownership of your projects and their development: you find solutions and ideas, negotiate and make go / no go propositions
- Proficient in AutocCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Languages: French / English are required. Other languages are a plus
