**Job Title:German Speaking Enterprise Sales Development Representative**

**Salary: 52,000 CHF + 30% commission Y1**

**Location: Zurich**

We are looking for a Zurich based Native-Level German Speaking Enterprise Sales Development Representative. Our client is a European Start-Up Company founded by 3 friends in 2012. They have had over 100 Million Dollars in investment funding and are driving towards an IPO. They are on a mission to connect the unconnected and have been called 'The Slack for Non-Desk workers'. They sell a meaningful piece of technology that has won numerous awards and is regularly ranked at the top of G2's categories. This technology helps 'non-desk workers' of Companies like The Hilton Group and Dominoes stay connected with each other and manage their shifts. They are looking for a German Speaking Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join the team and help win customers in the DACH market.

This Company is Global, with offices in the USA and Europe. This role will be based out of the Company HQ in Zurich. This is a buzzing office with over 100 employees going in 2/3 times a week. The Company host a brunch and games night every Thursday and encourage their employees to get involved in the social side of the business.

**The Role**:

- Identify prospects’ needs and pain points during discovery calls and get them ready for a demo meeting with Account Executives.
- Responsible for qualifying inbound leads created by Digital
- and Field Marketing teams.
- Reach prospects via outbound campaigns and demonstrate that you are a thought leader in the communication technology space.
- Provide insights to Marketing and set up successful campaigns.
- Represent the Company during events and webinars.
