For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Digital and Social Media Manager
In this exciting role, you will be working in the Digital Marketing and Social Media team, in Global Brand Management. The team's core role is supporting other internal marketing and comms teams to use Social Media effectively.
**Your Qualifications**:
- **5+ years professional experience with advertising/marketing agencies or in-house**:
- **Hands-on social media expert**: able and willing to create, manage and optimize organic and paid campaigns and use social media publishing tools (e.g. Sprinklr)
- **Experience with paid social creative development, audience building including use of retargeting and lookalike strategies, campaign setup, optimization, and reporting**:
- **Hands-on experience of writing and reviewing copy for social media in native English level language**:
- **Know-How in data interpretation and analysis**:
- Mature and responsible personality, with experience managing others
- Creative with a strong sense of visual and editorial communications
- Good communication skills, personable and presentable
- Experience communicating about a regulated industry would be a plus
- **Business fluency in English**
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Offer guidance and advice to Corporate Communications and Business Marketing teams on Social Media campaigns, with a focus on lead acquisition
- Review and advise on paid and organic campaign setup, objectives, content, and reporting
- Ensure paid & organic digital campaigns are thoroughly planned and executed, from concept and strategy to implementation and reporting
- Translate corporate and financial content into engaging social-ready material for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and more
- Manage response & dialogue as well as for analytics and reporting activities
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective Social Media messaging while maintaining the brand image
- Drive and support brand communication that is compelling, relevant, and consistent across the different parts of our businesses
- Initiate test and learn, drive innovative ideas to boost campaign quality and performance
- Support and direct three employees as their line-manager
