We are looking for a

**LPG Trader**

To join our Light End Products Trading team in Geneva, Switzerland.

We have a motivated team of traders working in the global light end product trading team. Our team is responsible for export sales from Porvoo, feedstock supply to Porvoo and third party proprietary trading. We also develop new business within the generic and conventional oil products as well as contribute Neste’s low emission offerings.

Your main responsibilities in creating a sustainable future are
- Supply of propane, butane and other LPG to the refinery as well as 3rd party locations, in the Atlantic basin with a strong focus on NW Europe, USAC, North Africa and USGC
- Building supply opportunities around LPG Sales and Trading
- Initiating proprietary trading activities for physical and paper positions
- Working together with Supply Chain management (SCM) to optimize supply from a market perspective (‘outside in’)
- Understanding refinery production in relation to the best supply practice (‘inside out’)
- Build and maintain market knowledge through interaction with other market participants as well as through fundamental analysis
- Develop other trading strategies, share them with the worldwide team and achieve consensus around them
- Taking responsibility of hedging positions, DVAR & Mark to Market

You will work closely with operations, SCM, risk and chartering to reach the strongest outcome in supply, sales and trading results. In this role, you will build the bridge between Neste’s footprint and our overseas entities.

You will report to the Global head of gasoline sales and trading based in Geneva.

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in commercial commodity trading and refinery system trading
- Proven 5 years of experience and proven track record in LPG supply, sales and trading
- Trading LPG Products from refinery assets and/or from relevant Trading hubs
- Ability to link both system business and proprietary trading business
- Strong understanding of market fundamentals
- Proven track record in building relationships (inside and outside)
- Education: University grade within chemistry or engineering
- Strong open negotiator & ambitious personality
- High ambition level and proven ability to work independently
- Proven decision power & execution within a trading mandat
- Swiss Citizenship, Swiss valid working permit or EU Citizenship
