We are an investment and trading firm with offices based in Zug, Zürich and Appenzell, Switzerland.

We are looking for a Junior Paralegal (f / m, 60- 100%) to aid us in the day-to-day activities of our company.

Start: as soon as possible. Applicants should be able to work in Zurich, Switzerland

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Preparing legal correspondence and other documents for managements and attorneys.
- Organizing and maintaining documents including clients’ files.
- Preparing briefs, contracts and other legal documents.
- Investigating facts and laws of various jurisdictions to prepare legal documentations.
- Facilitate the completion of commercial contracts (filling basic information, proofreading etc.) under the supervision of the legal manager.
- Responsible of general corporate housekeeping matters.
- Coordinate with external authorities.
- Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes.
- Handle administrative tasks, legal research and files management
- Procure digital and physical signatures on documents

**Requirements**:
**Your Profile**:

- Commercial degree with further training as a Paralegal or equivalent training in law, or Bachelor in Laws;
- You have experience in dealing with legal matters and administration
- You are an excellent relationship builder, requiring a high degree of sensibility, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with all internal and external stakeholders
- You are skilled in planning and project management, with proven track record of task management and task completion
- You are resourceful, thorough, and work with an analytical approach
- You are assertive and have the ability to complete tasks without direct supervision
- You have the ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have a proven advanced proficiency in Excel, excellent proficiency in other Microsoft Office modules and Adobe Acrobat
- You are fluent in English
