In dieser vielseitigen Funktion sind Sie Teil des Corporate Contracting, Legal und Strategy Teams und übernehmen vielseitige Legal sowie Legal Support Tätigkeiten in der Schnittstelle zu den internationalen Pharma-Kunden (v.a. US Unternehmen) unserer Mandantin. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf der Beratung im Contracting sowie Support im Wirtschaftsrechtsumfeld. Sie beraten Executives sowie die internen Teams (Einkauf, Account Management, Finance etc.) in Vertragsthemen (Komplexe Verträge mit Pharmaherstellern, Cooperations Agreements, Rebate Agreements etc.), überwachen Vertragsmanagement Prozesse und sind Ansprechperson für strategische business reviews aus Legal Perspektive. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Strategischen Einkauf geben Sie Input zu Vertragsverhandlungen, optimieren Zusammenarbeitsverträge mit Pharmaherstellern, überwachen Strategische Initiativen und Contract Management Prozesse (auch betr. Vertrags-Templates etc.). Gemeinsam mit dem jeweiligen Account Manager sind Sie Ansprechperson für externe Pharma-Hersteller in Vertragsthemen/Inhalten und weiteren rechtlichen Aspekten in der Zusammenarbeit. Die Mitarbeit in weiteren strategischen Legal Themenfeldern sowie die Leitung von entsprechenden Teilprojekten gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrer vielseitigen Tätigkeit. Sie rapportieren direkt an den Director Legal/Contracting und Strategy und arbeiten eng mit diversen Fachabteilungen (Finanzen, Einkauf, Marketing etc.) zusammen. Um in dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe erfolgreich zu sein, bringen Sie ein Studium (z.B. FH, Uni) in Legal oder Betriebswirtschaft mit, welches Sie idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Contract Management ergänzt haben. Sie verfügen über einige Jahre Praxis in vergleichbaren Positionen in Legal oder Contract Management (z.B. auch aus dem Einkaufsumfeld) aus Unternehmen mit internationalem Umfeld und komplexen Strukturen. Spezifische Praxis aus stark regulierten, verwandten Branchen (z.B. Pharma, Medical, Healthcare, Medizintechnik) ist von Vorteil. Nebst Project Management Skills und gutem IT Flair, bringen Sie gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse mit.
