**Your challenge****:

- You are the first point of contact for inquiries regarding the e-banking platform. You are customer-oriented and you are comfortable looking after demanding clients in the private banking sector. In this varied role, you will be responsible for the following tasks 1st level support for e
- Coordination of incident management incl. 2nd and 3rd level support
- Dispatch of e-services access data
- Creation of documentation, e.g. fact sheets and reports

**Your profile****:

- High IT affinity, service and quality awareness E
- perience in the banking environment (online banking) and/or in support
- Fluent written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Communicative, reliable, resilient personality with initiative and enjoyment of direct customer contact in an international banking environment
- Knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage
- Willingness to work outside normal working hours
