**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Sie sind verantwortlich für eine GMP-konforme und effiziente Ablage und Verwaltung der Projekt
- und Bestandsdokumentation für Produktions
- und Infrastrukturanlagen
- Bearbeiten der Gebäude Dokumentationen
- Ablage der Dokumente in Papierform und der elektronischen Ablage
- Sie prüfen Dokumente auf ihre Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit und auf GMP Compliance
- Sie arbeiten in einem Projektteam (Matrixorganisation) und unterstützen bei der Beschaffung/ Erstellung von Dokumenten und Dienstleistungen (wie z.B. externer Kalibrierungen)
- Bei Behörden
- und Kundenaudits sorgen Sie für die rasche Zurverfügungstellung der erforderlichen Unterlagen
- Durch kontinuierliche Pflege und Aktualisierung sorgen Sie für stetige Verbesserung der Dokumentationsablage und der dazugehörigen Prozesse
- Für das Reporting erfassen Sie den Stand der Arbeit in Auswertungen zusammen
**Ihr Profil**
- Sie verfügen über eine technische Grundausbildung
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrung in der Dokumentationsverwaltung / -ablage und sind gewohnt mit technischen Dokumenten und Zertifikaten (zB. FDA / ATEX, etc.) umzugehen
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im regulierten Umfeld, idealerweise GMP
- Die Anwendung der MS-Office-Palette (insbesondere Excel) bereitet Ihnen keinerlei Schwierigkeiten
- Aufgrund der lokalen wie auch der internationalen Zusammenarbeit sind für diese Vakanz gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
- Die verfügen über einen ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsgedanken und arbeiten gerne in einem offenen und aufgeschlossenen Team
