**Aufgaben**:

- Leitung und Koordination von Entwicklungsprojekten von der Konzeption bis zur Implementierung, unter Berücksichtigung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Ressourcen
- Erfassung, Bewertung und Priorisierung der Anforderungen der Kunden sowie Erarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten und Detailspezifikationen, die den Bedürfnis-sen und Zielen der Kunden entsprechen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, einschließlich Kunden, Entwicklerteams, und anderen relevanten Partnern, um sicherzustellen, dass die Projektziele erreicht werden
- Überwachung und Kontrolle der Projektbudgets und -zeitpläne, um sicherzustellen, dass die Projekte rechtzeitig und innerhalb des festgelegten Budgetrahmens abgeschlossen werden
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und -richtlinien während des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses.
- Unterstützung von Marketing, Verkauf und Projektleitern bei der Gewinnung von Aufträgen, sowie Erstellung von Verkaufsunterlagen und -offerten
- Beratung unserer Kunden bezüglich ihrer Prozesse und Anforderungen, und weiterer Produkte aus dem Boss Info Produktportfolio

**Vorkenntnisse und Fähigkeiten**:

- Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Be-triebswirtschaft (HF, FH oder Uni) und allenfalls Weiterbildung in Project Management
- Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Projektmethoden (agil und klassisch)
- Freude am Kundenkontakt und Teamfähigkeit
- Erfahrung in der Projekt
- bzw. Teilprojektleitung in Softwareentwicklungsprojekte
- Lösungsorientiert, selbständig, strukturiert, belastbar und gut organisiert
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
