**Your role**

We're looking for an Operations Client Service Specialist for the client segment Banks to:

- support clients in their day-to-day transactional business in the field of operation securities, settlement, funds, corporate actions, income / entitlements and proxy voting
- manage and coordinate the custody onboarding of UBS Custody clients inclusive of product setup, coordination of securities migration by liaising with our settlements teams, the external custodians and counterparties
- ensure query resolution until completion within agreed service levels and at client satisfaction
- commit to a culture of continuous improvement centered on client service
- coordinating between clients and internal units as well as custodians and external partners
- providing support to customers to their daily business by analyzing and identifying issues related to custodial services; managing a resolution process within a defined Service Level Agreement

**Your team**
You'll be working in the Client Servicing and Corporate Actions department for Wealth Management Switzerland in our office in Altstetten. Our department consists of more than 190 colleagues. We work closely with colleagues across the bank as one team to deliver the best services for our global clients. Our key objective is to deliver excellent client services while continuously challenging our process efficiency and behavior.

The Client Servicing Team is 40 members strong with very knowledgeable and experienced colleagues.
We support hybrid way of working. After you have completed your trial period successfully, you will be able to work from home partially.

**Your expertise**
- degree in business or commerce (also other disciplines are welcome)
- previous experience within the financial and securities services industry (ideally in Settlement / Funds / Migrations) and a client-facing role
- can-do mentality with proven ability to increase customer satisfaction (you're a keen observer and problem solver) and with a flair for new technologies and organizational talent
- adaptable, motivated, self-directed and driven (always staying up to date and improving)
- curiosity, openness and passion to learn
- persistence and perseverance, with the ability to work under pressure
- analytical mindset, interest in looking at problems and going to the root
- fluent in German and English
