Als Teil des Kernteam «Ramp-Up BioLOG» haben Sie die einmalige Möglichkeit mit Ihren Erfahrungen aus dem Bereich der Pharma Logistik die Inbetriebnahme des neuen Logistikcenters für den Geschäftsbereich Biologics zu unterstützen. Durch diese Form des Onboardings soll das optimale Team für den langfristigen Betrieb der neuen Logistikstruktur zusammengeführt werden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Unterstützung der Testabwicklung operativer Prozessabläufe im Umfeld von SAP EWM
- Möglichkeit zur Spezialisierung als Key-User in den oben benannten Fokusbereichen (Laufende Überprüfung der internen Versandprozesse inkl. der korrekten Umsetzung von internen und bereichsübergreifend Optimierungsmöglichkeiten)
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von URS/TS, Arbeitsanweisungen (SOP's) von Waren-Annahme bis zum Versand. Mit den Fokusbereichen: GDP Outbound Logistics und Ultra-Deep-Freeze & Coldchain Logistics
- Warenvereinnahmung von internen und externen Produkten unter Einhaltung und Dokumentation der Kühlkette nach GMP.
- Fachgerechte Lagerung der Waren.
- Verantwortlich für die Entgegennahme von Versandaufträgen und deren termingerechte und korrekte Vorbereitung, Abwicklung sowie der Organisation des physischen Versands. (Labeling / Endverpackung / Dokumentation)
- Vorstellen unserer Standardabläufe bei Kickoff-Meetings mit unseren Kunden und PMs (Vertreter der Logistik Prozesse beim Erstellen von Shipping Agreements)
- Mitarbeit bei Risikoanalysen (Sicherheits-RA & GMP-RA's)
- Proaktive Unterstützung in bereichsübergreifenden Logistik Teams
- Erfolgreiche Teilnahme an den regulatorisch vorgeschriebenen Kursen „CBTA“

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische, logistische (bevorzugt Logistikfachmann/frau) oder CPT Berufsausbildung mit eidg. Fähigkeitsausweis und haben idealerweise bereits 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Pharmaunternehmen
- Sie verfügen über praktische Erfahrung mit SAP EWM / WM / MM
- Sie sind flexibel, kommunikativ, belastbar und zuverlässig
- Englischkenntnisse runden ihr Profil ab
