**ABOUT THE JOB**

We are looking for a **6-month** ESG Digital Intern based in Geneva, Bellevue, Switzerland.

**MAIN PURPOSE**

You will support Richemont Group Sustainability’s ESG Digitalisation vision by building strategic ESG digital products, based on the guidance of Sustainability Governance and ESG Framework.

You work closely with Business, Technology and external partner stakeholders across the Group, to ensure the continuous improvement of key processes and ESG digital products across Richemont’s ecosystem.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support materializing ESG reporting requirements and driving the global deployment of Sales Salesforce NetZero Cloud.
- Collaborate in the definition of ESG Digital Product requirements, supporting the identification of ESG performance needs, data priorities and gaps.
- Liaise with the SAP Business Warehouse team, collaborating with Functional and Technical ESG data requirements.
- Ensure that relevance of Technical solutions, in alignment with designed operational processes.
- Support managing and refining the sprint planning roadmap.
- Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and order the Products Backlog, conduct, and review approval flows with relevant workstreams.
- Support ensuring output quality and on-time delivery of planned value, resulting from the work of the Agile/Scrum Teams.
- Execute key user tests and validate new functions before the roll-out.
- Collaborate with the conception and rollout of Change Management strategies.

**COMPETENCES & SKILLS**
- Excellent business acumen, teamwork, collaboration, and communication skill.
- Knowledge/ significant experience managing, building and maintaining digital projects and products.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ESG Reporting, Regulations and Reporting standards. Knowledge of Financial Reporting is a plus.
- Understanding of design quality standards with excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.
- Significant experience building user journeys and/or Business Process Transformation.
- Ability to analyze business request and translate into technical blueprint.
- Proficiency in the use of analytic tools, and knowledge in Data Management and Warehousing (especially SAP) are a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile framework (Scrum) and tools. Proficiency in Jira is a plus.
- Good time-management skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work with large teams and prioritize effectively are strongly preferred.
- Exceptional relationship building skills, able to challenge and influence senior stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to work independently, strategize, design and execute towards ambitious goals, and generate creative new approaches to solving business problems.
- Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, and Presentation skills.
- Having a good grasp and knowledge of implementation methodologies and different product development approaches are also key.
- Proficiency in **English is mandatory**.
- Available for a **6 -month internship** with starting date **01.09.2023**
