We are seeking an experienced and passionate Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic and energetic team. We are dedicated to driving innovation and leveraging technology to achieve our business objectives and support our ambitious growth plans. With your entrepreneurial and business-oriented mindset, you lead our business process management teams (ERP and CRM teams), manage projects, and define the cross-tool/cross-platform architecture of new solutions with web technology, integration with ERP, CRM, and other systems. **Roles & Responsibilities**:
You increase the value for customers, lower risks, and increase efficiency by:

- collaborating with senior management to understand business objectives, strategies, and operational requirements
- assessing and analyzing current technology capabilities, systems, and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and innovation
- proposing and designing technology solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and agility within the organization
- driving and managing IT projects (web-based platforms, integration projects, automation topics, etc.) ensuring the desired business outcome
- ensuring the integration and interoperability of different technology systems and platforms
- defining and enforcing technology standards, policies, and procedures to maintain a cohesive and secure technology environment
- collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- staying updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in enterprise architecture
- leading the ERP and CRM teams (Solution architects and developers, 2 direct reports, 4 indirect reports)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Solution or Enterprise Architect
- Strong project management skills

Leading cross-functional project teams

Project planning and execution (agile principles)

Organized working style
- Sound IT architecture skills

Web platforms (webshops, customer portals, etc.)

Good IT security knowledge

Integration with CRM, ERP, and other solutions

General automation solutions

Data architecture / Information architecture
- Great business sense and entrepreneurial mindset

Translate objectives into initiatives and projects that show the desired business results

Understand gaps and shortcomings of the current setup, and deliver solutions to overcome them
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
