We are looking for a

**Team Lead Hardware Engineering (m/w/d, 80-100%)**

**Your tasks**:

- Responsible for the success of the electronics HW development team consisting of 6 employees and 1 apprentice, working in the area of electronics engineering, testing, PCB design and failure analysis
- With the team, elaborate future-proof electronic design concepts
- Coordination of the engineering work together with the product owner and other stakeholders
- Coordination with Curtis international manufacturing, mainly in Puerto Rico and China
- Contribute to the success of the local site management team

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor or Masters degree in electronics engineering
- Experience in a similar leadership role is a plus
- Communicative and persuasive
- Solution oriented and innovative
- Technical and methodological competence in the field of hardware engineering, in particular embedded systems and power electronics
- Interest in agile methods is a plus
- German and English (at least «Advanced» level)
