As Indirect Retail & Planning Coordinator you will join our Commercial Operations function and support both our Key Account Management as well as our Digital Trade Engagement team on the overall coordination of initiatives in our Indirect Retail channel.

In this position you will:

- Support the Indirect Retail department on administrative and organizational tasks and processes with 50% of your time:

- Manage the sales allowance process for the Key Account Management team (e.g. monthly accruals, follow up on invoices and payments internally and with clients, submit internal orders, etc.)
- Maintenance of Key Account POS universe incl. process for openings & closings and coordinate merchandising missions
- Create briefings, coordinate factsheet delivery, product presentations, order samples for our clients, etc. for the Key Account Management team
- Coordinate ad-hoc requests related to Key Accounts (e.g. price lists, price changes, etc.)
- Manage our e-Ordering platform up to 50% of your time by working hand in hand with the Digital Trade Engagement team
- Be responsible for the operational activities on the platform
- Regularly update assortment per universe, product pictures and price lists
- Perform regular monitoring of orders as well as stock levels and ensure alignment with other systems (i.e. SAP) to comply with risk & controls processes
- Support our Field Sales Force on e-Ordering transactions (including time spent on field to collect feedback) and work in close collaboration with Retailer Service Line
- Deliver and update guidelines on e-Ordering functionalities & train Field Sales Force on the tool

We’re looking for someone with:

- Previous work experience in Sales or Marketing, ideally in Coordinator or Support role
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint) and proficient in working with SAP
- Fluent in English and German, French or Italian is a plus
- Customer-first mindset
- Self-driven, highly organized and structured with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Highly collaborative and proactive team player
