**THE ROLE**
As Country Manager (M/F/x) you are the face of Parkdepot in Switzerland. You are responsible for the performance and development of your country and take into account country-specific customer needs. To be successful in the Swiss market it is important to build and develop a strong team and this is where you come in.
**YOUR MISSION**
- **Performance**:As a country manager, you are responsible for driving the performance and development of your country**
- **KPIs**:* You implement and track your country's KPIs and ensure excellent execution quality*
- **Managing external stakeholders**:You manage relationships with local stakeholders (e.g. installation team, lawyers, tax advisors) and create strategic partnerships (e.g. car rental, logistics services, etc.)**
- **Product customization**:You identify necessary adjustments in our product portfolio, assess new investments and plan the next steps**
- **Teamwork**:* You build a strong country task force to support you in the mission and manage our internal knowledge base to keep the team up to date*
- **Lead identification**:You will be responsible for building a high-quality sales pipeline by effectively qualifying and prioritizing leads for the retail market**
- **Sales Activities**:You manage the entire sales cycle by independently conducting presentations, contract negotiations and closings at all levels of management**
- **The face of Parkdepot**:You understand all the details of our company as well as our vision and you are the face of Parkdepot in Switzerland**
- **Customer focus**:* You take into account country-specific customer needs and technical developments and maintain long-term customer relationships*
**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- **You have a commercial education, a degree in business administration or have completed comparable training with sales experience**
- **You have experience in B2B sales, technical sales or key account management and know how to win new customers (ideally you have been able to do this in a fast-growing, dynamic environment)**
- **You know how to build and grow a business from the ground up in a new territory**
- **You are meticulous and detail-oriented in completing administrative tasks (e.g., dealing with government offices and regulations)**
- **Ideally, you have experience leading and managing a team and know how to coordinate different team members with each other**
- **You focus on quality when developing new processes**
- **You are fluent in German and English, further foreign language skills are an advantage**
- **You have a valid class B driver's license and are willing to travel on a regular basis**
