Here at Korn Ferry, we help clients synchronize strategy and talent to drive superior performance. We work with organizations to design their structures, ensure high performing executive teams, use effective data analytics, organizational effectiveness, design operating models, organizational change roles, and lead complex projects to drive effective change and transformation.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Consultant to join a highly successful team in Switzerland.

You’ll be able to demonstrate some expertise in delivering on client projects across all aspects of Organizational Strategy. This could include apost-Merger & Acquisition transition, operating models, process re-engineering, organizational effectiveness alongside cultural transformation within a financial services environment. This should be from a people strategy / human capital and not finance perspective.

You must be fluent in German and English (any other languages are welcomed)

Our Organizational Strategy practice sits as an integrated solution working across the globe and all verticals. The team design and implement meaningful transformation through truly understanding the genetic DNA of the organization. Using our in-house digital tools, we dive deeply into employee perception and behaviours whilst analysing both processes and frameworks to uncover the true landscape.

Our portfolio of consulting expertise ensures we can offer clients true strategic transformation by placing people at the heart. We design target operating models (ensuring the business and people strategies aligns for success), drive organizational effectiveness, process re-engineering, cultural transformation ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Across the DACH region we have recently led on a large and complex merger within the financial services arena. Our team successfully aligned both corporate and core functions through establishing a new operating model, improved processes implementation and worked on changing the cultural mindsets to create that ‘one thinking’.

We have worked with a banking client to allow them to become more agile. The team have designed the strategy and embedded effective change through coaching and training using appropriate methodologies,

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Manage workstreams within engagement delivery, monitoring areas such as client satisfaction, project management, scope, communication, quality, collaboration and profitability.
- Participate in creating all project administration - reports, presentations
- Contribute to a successful team, where people are stretched, challenged and coached to meet or exceed their potential.
- Support senior partners within the project where needed e.g with data driven insight and analyses; leveraging KF's methodologies, data and benchmarking to deliver unparalleled intelligence.
- Continue to deepen and broaden own consulting skills, business understanding and expertise to enable an expanded viewpoint on the issues impacting our clients.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Supporting the “translation” of strategic direction onto organizational constructs and organizational capabilities.
- Designing and rolling out organizational health checks and diagnostics.
- Understanding the links between leadership, structure, talent, and culture.
- Developing detailed change management plans including communications, timelines, risk mitigation, organizational alignment, stakeholder management, organization design, behavior change, change agents, education, training, and measurement.
- Defining and scoping solution architecture for transformation interventions as opportunities arise, either as the lead or a contributor.
- Engaging key stakeholders in the business to ensure that there is a clear and consistent understanding of the objectives and outcomes of the project.
