- As a Project Director, you'll drive the development of innovative strategies and accelerate project delivery for integrated 5D therapeutic solutions (Drug, Device, Data, Digital, Diagnostics). You will take charge of the research, development, and commercialization of customer-facing 5D digital solutions while serving as the crucial interface between GPTs (Global Project Teams), PVPs (Project Vice Presidents), and external partners. This position is based in our office in Zurich, Switzerland.- Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Management: Identifying optimal solution technology and defining features addressing key patient needs, while driving the development of customer-facing 5D solutions, ensuring successful delivery within timelines and budget.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the interface to 5D project teams, ensuring alignment with GPT/PVP and Global Commercial teams. Establish and operate 5D project-specific teams, fostering effective collaboration across functions.
- Innovation and Exploration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Digital Innovation Hubs, to identify and explore new solutions and technologies.
- Communication Excellence: Effectively communicate strategy and project objectives, sharing progress, results, and learnings with relevant stakeholders. Ensure the correct use of communication channels and provide constructive support and feedback to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**- Furthermore, you will have:
- Passion about science, clinical and real-world evidence studies and leading a digital transformation towards personalised medicine.
- Significant Project Management Experience leading cross-functional and preferably Global projects.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- High level of independence and proactiveness
